COOLNESS will NEVER RETIRE... 

         Ranchi boy Mahendra Singh Dhoni ,whose dream to become a cricketer was started from his school days... From childhood he was attracted towards play ground... Sport was in his blood.. and this was slowly mounting towards sportsmanship spirit for which he is respected not only in cricket world but in a whole sports world. 

 Son of junior worker to Captain of one of the best teams in the world. This journey is inspiring millions of youth... There were many turns in his life. He quit the job of ticket collector and become collector of respect and victories.

 Unable to score in his debut match and in next five matches also .But never lost hope. He proved him as a great batsman and wicket keeper .And finally fixed his position in Indian cricket Team . After few years got opportunity to lead a Indian team.

        Leadership qualities we witnessed in his decision... I would like to mention his believing in young blood and giving a last over to Joginder Sharma in 2007 t 20 world cup was a game changer decision.. He told him don't worry about the result ..if we lose I will take responsibility .. Such timely belief and trust he showed to him ,was finally leads to victory of India over Pakistan 1st T20 world cup(South Africa 2007) 

    Such number of qualities inherent in him.. Another one is his belief in process .... I always wonder, how player plays in such situation, where everybody is shouting for their names..? Then I realized that, they are more  focused.. As Dhoni always says " I believe in process not in result. if you enjoy the process then definitely result will be in favour of you and be focused on process."

      Many players have raised the standard of world cricket . Remarkable shift arrived with his cool mind in international cricket... He became famous for his cool nerve.. And coolness become benchmark of his personality and his leadership which helped India to win two world cups 🏆(T20 and ODI 2011) , a champion trophy(2013) and many matches for India. 

       Many records are in his name.. fastest wicket keeping is one of them.. no one till now ,able to break his record and I'm sure in future also no one could . One of his innovation is  helicopter shot.🚁. really new style to hit a ball out of the boundary was new to the cricket world. Team building skills are also at state of the art level .Jersey no 7 ( sath ) indicates ,he gave cooperation ( sath) to every team member as he could..

      Physically tough, with best athletic body and with handsome look ..thief of hearts of many girls famous by Maahi nick name .Is need to mention..

     I have read a book titled “Think and win like Dhoni" written by Sfruti Sahare...It really helped me to know his insights....Today his qualities are part of studies in many management schools.. And more interesting his biopic MS DHONI THE UNTOLD STORY. revealed many events in his life and career.. It emphasises positive attitude toward life is necessary for achieving our dream. It will definitely guide many youngsters.

 MS declared his retirement but the benchmark he put in cricket world will never retire.. We will miss you MAAHI.....!!!

           INDEPENDENT INDIA TOWARDS ATMANIRBHARTA

On the historical day of independence first of all I wish all Indian happy independence Day

     On this Day India declared  as a sovereign nation on global map. This journey was not a one day process. More than two centuries and unmeasurable sacrifices made by our freedom fighters, national leaders and specially women who fought shoulder to shoulder with men to get freedom from colonial government. 

This hard earned independence is more valuable to every Indian than anything else. The process of making a nation was evolving from centuries. Because, before arrival of British, Indian society was not United as in 20th century.

So One question that always hits our mind is that why British succeeded in ruling India? The answer lies in our societal structure, political backwardness and inability to find real enemy etc. Our indigenous powers fought with each other and even helped British to conquer other indigenous powers. This finally leads to fall of all Indian empires and turning self sufficient country into colonial country..

    Along with political causes society was inequality stratified  education was not accessible to all...women were denied basic rights.. untouchables were ill treated.. social sanction was imposed on them. This historical injustice hindered the growth of society as one unit. So full potential was not utilized for society'. For sake of few privileged we lost our glory.

But our reformer, national leaders identified it and tried to eliminate these weaknesses, tried to put a every man on equal front. This was possible because with the advent of British western ideas of democracy, liberty,, equality , fraternity secularism also arrived in India. This ideas shaped the nationalist ideology. As as result United front was created against oppressive foreign government. Number of mass movements, heroic individual sacrifice by our young freedom fighters, organized consistent efforts bear fruit on 15th August 1947. On this day India born as independent sovereign nation and  tryst with destiny accomplished.

 

    After independence there were many challenges since from beginning. India had to bear cost of partition. The world was bipolar. So it was decided to remain aloof from polarization and focused on development and also bring newly born countries on same path to meet need of every new country. India also championed for decolonization in other parts of world. Our struggle inspired many countries to get their independence. This shows India since beginning have potential of global leader.

The whole nationalist ideology, philosophy of social, economical , political justice and equality enshrined in the one of world's best constitution by our constitutional makers. This helped us to achieve development in many fields of political, social , science and technology ,space, medical ,economy ,agriculture etc.

    These directives must be followed . Otherwise we need to face many hurdles. Year 2020 will always remember for pandemic like COVID 19.This pandemic has taught us many lessons... and exposed the many weakness in social infrastructure specially in health sector.. Our doctor to population ratio is not according to standards. Hospitals even in many metro cities fails to accommodate patients. many patients lost their lives in between . We lacked PPE kits, beds were insufficient. Despite this weakness our government decided to fight with available human resource and infrastructure.

    

     

    This pandemic can be stopped by maintaining Social (more specific physical)distancing. So government declared lockdown under epidemic act . This also added new problem of migration. Millions of workers ,daily wage earner started to migrate to their native states. This highlights there is unequal development in country. Few state are ahead many are lacking to meet their labor demand.

In this hard time our economy showed low growth rate ever since independence.. There was another challenge at our boundaries. Chinese aggression on border lines.. India again proved that we will never compromised with our territory ..our soldiers are always ready to defend our mother land. Galwan valley incident underscores this idea.

 

    Now our leaders are focusing on "Atmanirbharta" i.e self-reliance. Reducing imports mainly from China. Emphasizing on manufacturing, labour intensive sectors to revive our economy.

    We can definitely achieve these goals. This is proved in past also e.g. when USA decline sharing of space technology with India. We decided to develop own space technology .and India got success in developing indigenous space technology. Last year India launched USA satellites by indigenous PSLV technology. This was a proud movement for every Indian.

     Self-sufficiency is possible with indomitable will power. Our political leaders need to shift their agenda from religious line to developmental line. Our election process should need utmost attention. "We the citizen of India" should vote to a candidate who will champion for development, building schools, colleges. Our policies should not degrade environment. That's why world is advocating for sustainable development.

    In democratic country like India every state should move ahead. This will help to address migration issues Along with this we need to revisit our foreign policy with current multipolar world and specially with Chinese aggression.

     Every country has been busy in researching vaccine for Corona. Many has successfully passed 2 stages hope till the end of this year we would get vaccine . But Corona is not single problem..it helped to expose our weakness or what we called ostensible development.

    So we need to focus on social infrastructure as well.. Our education system is going to make crucial role in making India a developed nation. For this our education system must align with modern lines. This is highlighted in new education policy 2020 . But care should to taken while dealing with technology.. as Mahatma Gandhiji said "SCIENCE WITHOUT HUMANITY IS CURSE."

    The whole purpose of education should be of creating good human beings. Who will become harbinger of equality, fraternity, humanity, secularism. Then only egalitarian society will take shape in India. This is a idea of India we must follow then only more color will be added to this hard earned independence and India will become "AATMNIRBHAR"..
